We expect team members to attend annual conferences and classes; it’s not unusual for us to take a class or read a book 5+ times because we value the new insights and perspectives we gain with each exposure. We believe in the move from E to P, which requires being comfortable with monotony.

Noah is the culture-keeper of the team. He keeps the team on track by building operational workflows, is responsible for the operating budget, overseeing the administrative team, and is in charge of developing long-term operational strategies to meet our company objectives.

McCall Griggs

Listing Specialist
McCall is passionate about connecting with her clients on a personal level. She’s honest, caring, and forthcoming. She sees the potential in every home and strives to help her clients accentuate the best in their properties so they can make the most out of their investment. McCall is motherly by nature and she cares for her clients as she would her own family and friends.

Jerry Gadway

Internal Sales Advisor
Jerry takes on the crucial responsibility of contacting all leads for potential real estate deals, with a core mission to empower clients in their wealth building journey. Through a process guided by unreasonable hospitality, Jerry goes above and beyond to provide exceptional support and guidance, ensuring clients are well-informed and confident throughout the real estate transaction. Amy Selph

Transaction Specialist
Amy is our client caretaker. She is the support and guidance behind the scenes. She ensures that each transaction flows as smoothly and as seamlessly as possible with a smile and a happy heart! On the weekends you can find Amy outdoors hiking, running, or biking with her husband. She is also an avid Gator sports fan and can tell you anything you need to know about any of the Gator sports teams.

Brian Martin

Meet Brian “Big B” Martin, a fearless adventurer and risk-taker, whose dreams are turning into reality. Recently licensed as a realtor in Florida, Brian joined The Mills Group as a Buyers specialist. His journey is a captivating blend of triumphs and challenges, shared authentically to inspire others. The corner stone of his life is faith in Christ and his faith drives him to work with great passion for every client. He’s also a family man who loves his wife and couldn’t do it without her support. While he’s away from work he loves to go fishing and spending time with family.

Jose Vega

Buyers Specialist
Jose was born and raised on the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. In 1999 he relocated to Gainesville, Fl. to pursue his education from the University of Florida. He received a Bachelor degree in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship with a concentration in New Venture Creation. Jose has been an agent in Gainesville for 5 years and worked as a Realtor® specializing in residential and investment properties. Being part of the Gainesville community for more than 20 years has given him a deep understanding of the market trends and conditions.

Keiton Stender

Keiton is a buyers specialist dedicated to providing his clients with an stress-free home buying experience. His role on The Mills Group consists of guiding buyers in home searches and negotiating contracts. He is committed to understanding his clients needs and preferences and assisting them every step of the way. He takes pride in his timeliness, responsiveness, and building lifelong relationships with his clients that extend much further than the closing table.

Listing Manager
Farrah is our Listing Manager and works tirelessly to help our listing clients have a smooth and successful experience selling their homes. She possesses a high attention to detail and is passionate about helping people be the best they can be. Farrah has been a resident of Gainesville for most of her life and prides herself in the connections she has made over the years. In her free time she loves to read, lift heavy weights, and spend time with her husband and kids.
